📋 Scoring Format

• Pool Play — 2 sets to 21, cap at 25.
• Bracket Play — Winners Bracket — Best 2 of 3 sets. Sets 1 & 2 to 21, Set 3 to 15. No cap.
• Bracket Play — Losers Bracket — 1 set to 25. No cap.

⚠️ Tournament Clarifications

• ✅  Doubles allowed on 1st and 2nd contact — as long as the ball does not cross the net on that contact.
• 🚫  NO doubles on the 3rd contact. Third ball must be a clean hit.
• 🚫  No lifting or carrying — on any contact, ever.

Updates will be sent to team captains via text throughout the day to keep courts running smoothly. Please be flexible — we may adjust game timing and court assignments as needed to keep the flow going. 🏐

• All 8 teams ranked together by sets won → total points scored → head-to-head. Top 4 → Gold Bracket · Bottom 4 → Silver Bracket.
• Semi-Competitive Bracket Seeding (S#1–S#4)
• Full round robin — every team plays every other team. Seeds by sets won → total points → head-to-head. S#1 vs S#2 for Championship · S#3 vs S#4 for 3rd Place.

📋 Scoring Format

• Sets 1 & 2 — Rally scoring to 25, starting at 5 points. Cap at 27.
• Set 3 (if needed) — Rally scoring to 15. Cap at 17.
